ASPEN “WINE & DINE FOR LIFE”
An Elegant dinner hosted by Pacifica Seafood and Raw Bar
Benefiting the Chris Klug Foundation

Aspen, Colo. November 3, 2009 – Start the 4th Annual Aspen Summit for Life 2009 weekend of activities at the Pacifica Seafood and Raw Bar sponsored “Wine & Dine for Life” kick-off dinner benefiting the Chris Klug Foundation. For the third year in a row, Pacifica Seafood and Raw Bar, Aspen’s renowned seafood restaurant, will graciously open their doors for a night of spectacular wining and dining with Chris Klug and friends. Immediately following the dinner, Pacifica Seafood and Raw Bar will transform into a party with DJ Naka G spinning tunes at “Party for Life”. Both events are open to the public, and folks are encouraged to register early, as they will sell out.

They are huge supporters of Chris Klug Foundation and life-saving donation,” said Chris Klug. “We are truly grateful for their support! The “Wine and Dine for Life” dinner is an incredible dinner and a fun evening. Thank you Pacifica.”

Third Annual Pacifica Wine and Dine for Life December 11th from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
$250 per person, of which $200 is tax-deductible
Pacifica, known for their fresh and fine cuisine, will be creating a delectable meal with wine pairings for all that want to join. The fun doesn’t stop after the dinner.

Party for Life December 11th starting at 10 pm
$50 per person, of which $30 is tax-deductible
While the music is pumping and the lights are flashing there will be snacks created by the talented team at Pacifica and featured drinks provided by El Mayor Tequila, PEARL Vodka, Rebel Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, and Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream. Attendance at “Wine and Dine for Life” dinner includes “Party for Life” after party.

4th Annual Aspen Summit for Life Uphill- December 12th with Two Start Times 5:15 pm Recreational Start Time & 6 pm Competitive Start Time.
The cost is $40 on or before December 11th and $50 day of registration fee per person and a commitment to raise additional pledges.
Included in the price is race support, aid stations, dinner at the Sundeck, live music, raffle, awards and a great racer-bag. Summit for Life is a weekend of events, centered around a night-time uphill snowshoe race that celebrates life, supports awareness and education of organ and tissue donation, and benefits the Chris Klug Foundation. Last year’s Aspen Summit for Life was record breaking in terms of participation, fundraising and awareness; 2009 is sure to be even more far reaching.

People who want to skip the hike but still want to be a part of Summit for Life have two options. “Ride for Life,” $60 buys you a ride on the Silver Queen Gondola to the summit to enjoy dinner, drinks and dancing at the Sundeck, or “Snowed In,” is a way to support Summit for Life from the comfort of your home, hotel or if you are not able to make it to Aspen by donating to the cause.
